Return Policy

DAW’S Home Furnishings takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture, appliances, mattresses, and home decor. We know that buying furniture for your home is not just a financial decision – it is also an emotional investment for you and your family. This is why DAW’S takes pride not only in our merchandise but also in our commitment to customer service.

Returns and Exchanges: DAW’S wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there’s a problem with an item, or if things just don’t look the way you thought they would, we will work with you to find the perfect piece.

7-Day Full Refund Policy: We will refund your money in full (except for delivery fees) up to 7 days after delivery. Items must be free from wear and tear, stains, scratches, or damages. If item or items are damaged, items will not be refunded, to be determined by our delivery team with consultation with our management team/owners. This refund policy does not apply to items sold "Special Order" "Floor Model," "Scratch and Dent," and/or "Sold As-Is." If we delivered the items, another delivery fee will be assessed to go pick up the items.

How would I be refunded in the event of a refund? Refunds will be given in the form of the original payment. Examples: if one pays with a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Credit Card, refunds are given back to the same credit card, or if one pays with cash or a check, they will be issued a check. If one purchases with a financing plan, it will be refunded to the financing plan. There are no exceptions to this. All refunds must be handled in person. No phone or email cancellations will be accepted.

After the 7-Day Full Refund Policy: We will be happy to accept items for return as long as the product conditions above under "7-Day Full Refund Policy" are met. However, there will be a re-stocking fee applied to your refund. If we delivered the items, another delivery fee will be assessed to pick up the items. You may bring the items back to the store to avoid the extra charge. Items must be in the condition they were purchased.

Re-selection/Exchanges: We will be happy to help if you decide to exchange your product for another item. The original products must be free of stains, tears, and damages. This does not apply to items that are marked "floor sample," and/or "sold as-is." If the items were delivered, there will be one additional delivery fee to pick up the original items and deliver the new items.

Damaged Merchandise: For delivered items, we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment to your home. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage on the day of delivery at 915.594.3030.
For items which are picked up from our store, please bring the item back to us in the original carton which it was packed in for an exchange.

Note: There are no returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. For detailed procedures for any returns please contact DAW’S at 915.594.3030.

Manufacturers’ Warranty: Items purchased with a manufacturers’ warranty are to be repaired and/or exchanged by the direction of the manufacturer. Some items may not include a manufacturers’ warranty, especially if they are "sold as-is." Please contact the store if you have any questions about your manufacturers’ warranty.

Non-Returnables: Please note that we cannot accept returns on special-order items, items damaged through normal wear and tear, or any items "sold as-is," "floor sample," and/or "Scratch and Dent." Also considered "non-returnable" are the following: soiled mattresses or upholstered pieces, and damaged wood pieces (if not noted at the time of purchase.)

The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Delivered products in use are not returnable. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or may incur a 25% percent restocking fee. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges from our warehouse are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product.

Special order merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee – even if not yet delivered – and will not be eligible for return if delivered and out of the box.

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
